The short version

GoalStack is a free World Cup sweepstake app. By using it you agree to these terms. It's a side project — use it in good faith and don't do anything daft.

Who runs this

Using GoalStack

• —You must be 18 or over to use GoalStack
• —You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• —You agree not to attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the service
• —One account per person — don't create duplicate accounts

Money and prize pools

GoalStack is free to use. We do not handle, hold, process, or take a cut of any money. If your league has a prize pool, that is a private arrangement between the participants. GoalStack has no involvement in it and accepts no responsibility for any financial disputes between users.

Player stats and accuracy

Goals, assists, and scores displayed on GoalStack are sourced from a third-party data provider (API-Football). We do our best to keep data accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or real-time. GoalStack accepts no liability for scoring discrepancies, missed goals, or data delays.

Availability

GoalStack is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability. We may take the service down for maintenance, or shut it down entirely, at any time and without notice. We will try to give advance warning where possible but cannot always do so.

Changes to the service

We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We may also change these terms — if we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use GoalStack after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

Our liability

GoalStack is a free, independent side project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service — including data loss, scoring errors, downtime, or disputes between league members.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that misuses the service, at our sole discretion. You can delete your own account at any time from your account settings page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
